DESIGNING
The design office consists of employees who, in cooperation with the client, are able to implement the most difficult projects. Software used for design: CATIA V5.
For data transmission we use: FTP.
CAD/CAM SOFTWARE
In order to optimize the milling and hollowing process,most programs are prepared in the CAD/CAM
office using WorkNC, Cimatron
and ESPRIT software.
MILLING & DRILLING
ASSEMBLY
We perform all metal works, including mirror polishing, drilling, grinding, honing, etc. The tool shop is equipped with 3 cranes, including one with a lifting capacity of 10 T, which enables us to work with large-size molds, and two 2.5 T cranes.
MOLD TRIALS
We provide our customers with mold trials. We have an ENGEL 220 T injection molding machine, and thanks to the good cooperation with the company EPP Sp. z o.o., we can guarantee our customers mold trials on injection molding machines ranging from 80 to 1300 T.
